We ate here on a short trip to Mechelen and were delighted by our experience. The food, with strong Japanese influences, was fresh and tasty and made the most of the ingredients’ flavours. The serving staff were charming although the dishes were a bit slow to come out. Having said that the restaurant was full and each dish was freshly made and cooked to perfection. The restaurant itself, in an end house next to a béguinage, has a lovely relaxed atmosphere with decent space between the tables. In short, one of the best meals I’ve eaten in a long time.

Worth a trip to taste the dishes, full of creativity, passion and dedication to craftsmanship by the chef. I could fondly remember the dish that brought the South America flavor to the mix (my tasting was in earlier 2024), as well as the intimate and welcoming dining space.
