Het eten in zonder meer lekker, de service probeert en gezien de herkomst van de aanwezige werkende mensen ook goed.  wij hadden misschien de pech dat we kwamen op een avond dat er veel nieuw was ( nieuwe crew, nieuw menu,..)
watmij vooral stoorde was de chaos en niet qua eten/ service maar qua hospitalty.. je doet maar wat aan, de ene chef komt uitleg geven bij zijn schotel, de volgende dan weer niet, er waren technische problemen bij de " soep kamer" .. sommigen kregen soep in de kapel, andere weer niet ( zoals wij)
Ook er zijn geen afgebakende tijds elementen, geen menu, geen verdere uitleg ..
Maar zeker een noemenswaardig initiatief.

The food is certainly delicious, the service is trying and, given the origin of the working people present, also good.  We may have been unlucky that we came on an evening when a lot was new (new crew, new menu,..)
What bothered me most was the chaos, not in terms of food/service but in terms of hospitality... you just do what you want, one chef comes to explain his dish, the next doesn't, there were technical problems in the "soup room". Some got soup in the chapel, others did not (like us).
There are also no defined time elements, no menu, no further explanation..
But certainly a noteworthy initiative.
