A lovely little spot for lunch, with an extensive local wine menu and a great hand written daily menu.
Despite being a short menu, there were plenty of options for any diner, with lots of local specialties and classic dishes. Each dish was very well put together, and very tasty.
Would highly recommend and would return if in town!

The food was unbelievably delicious, we had tomato tarts, trout carpaccio and baked trout with spinach. Everything was very well presented and tasty.

Small place in the historical quarter of Annecy, with an enjoyable atmosphere and friendly service. The food is basic French fare, with some original twists. The menu is however a bit limited (6 or so each of starters, entrees and desserts). Had the cheese and ham tourte, the trout, the pork stew, and the cooked pear and would recommend all of them as excellent.

We very much enjoyed dinner here one night in Annecy. I got the chicken and R got the Hake fish, with some tasty pinot noir. It's a very small place but the weather was good and we got a spot outside. That whole street is great for people watching too.

We went to Mazette because we had heard about their good food. Unfortunately we were met by a waiter who did not even try to help us understand the menu. When we asked if he could explain (as the menu was only in french) he got annoyed and just left us. People that came after us got their food and the waiter did not care. We had to give up and left without eating. We did not feel welcome there at all.
