Visited Saba yesterday for the first time. For me this was the best fusion of Asian and French cuisine I have ever tasted! Service and food were sublime and I can't wait to go back. We had the seven course menu, with the 5 glasses wine pairing.

This was a fabulous lunch experience! We loved this French and Japanese fusion cuisine.  We ate the four dish Initiation menu and it was a great introduction into this chefs cooking style. Every dish was beautifully presented and full of interesting and delicious flavours. I ate things I wouldn't normally have tried and loved it all. The service was excellent and I can't wait to go back!

Lunch today, "menu initiation". Superb!
An expertly crafted and presented fusion of French and Asian cuisine delivered as a tasting menu. I would normally avoid lamb and sardinesl (both on the menu), but the chef excelled and both were delicious. Service was excellent. My only regret was that we didn't choose the "libre expression". We will definitely be back.

Fantastic French-Asian fusion, with elements of Japanese, Korean, and Thai. We had the 6 course dinner tasting menu. Dishes were all excellent, with great presentation, and well balanced flavor, texture, and temperature. Some of the touches were very authentic (the chef shaves his own katsuobushi!). The price was surprisingly affordable too (€80pp). Highly recommended.
