The spa, the restaurant's Oencologique Evening was truly amazing.  The staff were easily able to speak to us in English and translate for others as needed.  The room was beautiful, but very warm-no air conditioning, the bathroom was also very nice.  Would love to spend more time here.

Unique and very balanced experience.
The service is consistent, and commitment to excellence is rooted in the DNA of these small but well-oiled operations.

You are getting an authentic 5-star experience in the hotel and *** from the kitchen. I see us returning and recommending this hotel to friends and family.

It is worth mentioning that the service is nothing else but a commitment and professionalism rendered by particular individuals. The entire team at La Bouitee is outstanding, but I would like to say special thanks to:
1) Karl - the porter who by far has been one of the trip's highlights. I mean... the guy is just ridiculously good.
2) Didier, who is in charge of breakfast - feels like he has become our friend, and we miss him on our breakfasts already!
3) Marie - the receptionist who has patiently and professionally helped our family with numerous arrangements and queries.

If hotel management is reading this - please give these people some credit. They are rock stars alongside others from your team.

I don’t even know where to start. This is the French Excellent and even better, the Savoie excellence. Both chefs are absolutely amazing and more than talented. They care about every single detail of the hotel and the restaurant and it shows. If you truly love French Alps, you won’t find a better place neither a better heart. Thank you absolutely everything. Expensive though worth every euro. A birthday treat from my wife like no other. I mentioned this when booking and received a little birthday cake with the dessert. Not asked for nor charged to the bill.
From aperitifs to coffee the whole experience was superb. Service was superb though unobtrusive and the choice of wines complemented the sensational food. No wonder they have three Michelin stars!
