Wonderful experience! We took the Five course menu, everything is just outstanding and just worth the trip! Kitchen is inventive, service is perfect and the old building in the city center are all making a visit here a must!

Compared to other restaurants this is not a cheap one. Probably because it is located in a hotel. A 2 star restaurant not far away has almost similar pricing. €5 for a half bottle of water .. Staff is very strict, little stiff. People eating this night were at least 80% NOT french. I had the Talmay menu. Food is good and really well prepared, for the price it could be a bit more 'spectacular' for combinations and ingredients.

12/10 absolute must go to while in Dijon. 5 star service with impeccable timing and well deserved Michelin star. I regularly dine at chef inspired menu restaurants. Every course was phenomenal. I ordered the 4 course meal and dined solo with a wine pairing and had the best time. Staff were personable and knew the dishes and silverware and wine pairings associated with each dish. I would absolutely go again and bring friends! Put this on your list of must attends during your Dijon trip! Also, book your reservations on Fork app. I did read the previous reviews and I had a wonderful 5 star dining experience.

However, I must address some issues with the service. While the food was exceptional, there were notable delays in the administrative aspect of our experience. We waited for the bill for nearly half an hour, which was quite frustrating. When the bill finally arrived, we discovered that all the wine we had ordered was missing from it. It took an additional five minutes for the staff to rectify the error and locate our wine selections.

Despite these issues, I appreciate the efforts of the staff in resolving the situation promptly. However, improving the efficiency of administrative tasks, such as bill processing and accurately recording orders, would significantly enhance the overall dining experience.
