J’ai eu la chance de découvrir Le Grand Chaume, un restaurant  du Domaine du Château de Chaumont-sur-Loire, et l’expérience fut tout simplement magique.
Dès l’arrivée, on est transporté dans un écrin de verdure où le cadre, à la fois élégant et artistique.
Côté assiette, c’est un véritable voyage sensoriel : une cuisine raffinée, où chaque plat est une œuvre d’art tant par sa présentation que par l’équilibre des saveurs.
Les associations sont  maîtrisées, et chaque bouchée est une surprise gustative qui laisse une empreinte intéressante.
Le service, quant à lui, est précis et chaleureux, avec une équipe passionnée qui partage avec enthousiasme l’histoire des produits et la philosophie du lieu.

Et le jeudi soir jusqu'au printemps c'est un prix bistronomique qui nous est proposé 👍
