The best restaurant. I’ve visited over 10 different Michelin-starred restaurants across Europe, and this place was the best not only for its food but also for its service. Every dish was delicious, and the staff’s kindness truly stood out.

The flavors of the ingredients were particularly strong, which I thought might not suit everyone’s taste, but I found it very impressive.

Honestly, the staff were so kind that I really, really wanted to leave a tip, but since it was my last day in France, my phone had died, and I didn’t have enough euros I had prepared, so I couldn’t leave a tip. I feel regretful and sorry about that.

I’m planning to visit Paris again this summer just to visit this restaurant.

My first time at a Michelin star restaurant. Tried the 5 dish menu with their recommended drinks. I enjoyed everything, the service was excellent. I also thought the decorations and attention to detail of the place were pretty good.

Amazing dinner, we took the 7 course meal with wine pairing and lived every bit!
Virtue offers classical French cuisine in the highest end possible. Highly recommended!

We went for the friday lunch. Everything was fantastic. Food was divine. Tasting menu was perfectly paced and flavor-driven. Good option for travelers and there are add-ons to choose from to expand. I recommend the 5 courses with at least one addition if you go with an empty stomach. I won't spoil everything in the pics, but the bread and treats were delicious.

This is a beautiful restaurant, and by beautiful I mean that everything, including furniture, plates, cutlery, curtains, tables, chairs, and the colour scheme of the facade and the walls inside, is beautiful. Every detail is beautiful here. The food (a set menu to choose between six or seven dishes) was incredibly original. Their menu offers classical French food with subtle foreign touches, elevated to a very high level and revisited for contemporary times. The classical touch is evident in the abundant use of cream throughout the dishes, which I'm not a big fan of, especially when it comes to fish. However, the chef is so creative that they managed to incorporate cream in their dishes without overpowering their flavour.

To offset the constant presence of cream, they serve a mid-meal dessert of sorbet, which was gorgeous.

I highly recommend this place.
