The name of this restaurant is an acronym, which means fall, winter, spring, and summer because the menu changes with the seasons. Last night, I enjoyed the 6-course tasting menu (62€) and each course was as delicious as it was beautiful. Although they don't officially offer a wine pairing, they were kind enough to offer us half pours of different wines with each dish. The service was friendly, relaxed, and informative. I'll definitely return to experience a different seasonal menu.

We had a fantastic three course meal here in Summer 2022 for a very reasonable price. A completely plantbased dinner was no problem and high quality. Very kind and welcoming. We don't live close by, but I'm dreaming of coming back!

The best meal I had during my three-week trip in France. Even though I had good food along the trip, this restaurant is simply WOW. The presentation is amazingly beautiful and the food is excellent! Everything here is great. Thank you for your outstanding services.
