Phenomenal! My taste buds are dancing in my mouth! This chef is so creative & talented!! Absolutely worthy of a Michilin star in 2024! I am expecting him to escalate to 2 stars by the time I return back to Brodeaux! If you have money for just one meal.. this is it! We were here at the last 3rd fays of our vacation in Bordeaux, otherwise we would return again the next day! Beautiful atmosphere, wonderful service & great recommendations from the sommelier !! Love love love !! Already spreading the word to everyone!

Very nice lunch at chef Alexandre Baumard’s newer restaurant. (He was previously at Logis de la Cadène in Saint-Émilion and L'Observatoire du Gabriel in Bordeaux. Choose the menu of the day (entree and plat… starter and main dish) for just 32€. Extremely tasty, very nice service, and an elegant yet low-key ambiance. We will be back!

From the moment you step into the restaurant you feel a certain known high quality feeling. Welcoming, friendly and perfection oriented service. The 4 course menu we had was remarkable. Very impressive makerele, which is normally to intensive in taste, but meets the right balance here. Probably the Aloe Vera does it's job. The highlight was the "onion', wow.
The aperitif wine selection and the wine pairing matched very well to the course, as well were delicious. As a tourist, I would have prefered a bit stronger focus on regional wineries exclusively.
Great experience and superb value price ratio.

The well knwon feeling clears up, when we have learned that the majority of the team started their own dream after working in a 1 Michelin start restaurant.

Perfect ingredients and service, superb and creative cuisine. Certainly one of the best and most balanced I know in Bordeaux. Price is high for sure but it’s a luxury place so don’t be surprised or upset.

Very good food! The service is excellent, they try hard to make it an experience you'll want to repeat. We will be back! One of us has dietary restrictions and they were able to offer choices that worked for this person.
