A great experience at Ressources. Very friendly team who all spoke perfect English and were accommodating to us. Had a great laugh with them and made us feel very welcomed.
There are 2 options with the menu; you can leave it up to the kitchen to choose what you'd like, and you tell them how many courses you'd like. I think 4 courses is enough, as the dishes are quite small. Or, you can choose course from the menu similar to a la carte, which I think spoils some of the fun.
There were some unusual ingredients and flavour combinations, which I think were interesting and something we wouldn't usually have chosen. This was great to broaden our horizons.
Great wine selection (obviously!) and reasonably priced.
If you're looking for something a bit different, fine dining, with a modern twist, this place is perfect for you. Recommended!

It was interesting that the tableware wasn’t changed in a restaurant with 1 Michelin star. The service cost seems low. The dishes were simple and tasty. If you’re looking for a more relaxed and straightforward dining experience, this could be a good choice. The dishes we had were flavorful.

Great experience, definitely would recommend. Super original plates, love that it’s different for each person. The service super kind and attentive, also good wine recommendations.

The food is exceptional, trust the chef‘s choice- it’s amazing. The wine list is formidable . But the latest fashion to reduce decorations to imitate the bistro style gets on one”s nerves. When I go to the Michelin restaurant I expect something different from a truck driver’s joint. By the way, the Michelin star hangs in the bathroom, not at the entrance.

Plates change monthly I was told, so I don't think there's a point in reviewing individual plates. Overall the flavours were mild, generally safe and quite acidic actually. Most of the dishes were alright, and not very memorable.

Their signature hake was cooked quite well but the accompaniments were too mild.

One dish impressed: the red mullet which was marinated over a few days. The firm texture was lovely and the lovage foam was superb. Fish dishes were unfortunately a little bit fishy.

Gorgonzola was avg and very expensive for 12, it's very salty and not very creamy.

Out of the desserts, the cocoa nibs had an amazing complexity and tasted almost like roasted pecans, super oily in a good way

Total bill was 82nett per pax without drinks, which is quite reasonable for a one star but also reflects the lack of surprises in the menu. We ordered the whole main menu btw, as well as half of the addons
