I had to spent a week in Carsac, I visited for lunch and dinner, the menu and wines were excellent! Cécile made me feel right at home, thanks and will be back soon!

We move to France a few months ago and have visited a good few restaurants but this was by far the best! The food was amazing and deserves its Michelin status. Service was brilliant by the owner Cecilia who was friendly , and helpful and it’s her husband who is the chef ( what a dynamic couple ) .
And must say the setting is beautiful.. check out the bar floor . We will definitely be back. Thank you x

A wonderful restaurant. A very relaxing atmosphere. Staff are extremely warm and welcoming, and love to banter in a super fun way. The food is creative and always on point. A wonderful place to spend an afternoon or evening.

The chef is incredibly clever with inventive dishes that truly taste amazing and are artfully presented. Well worthy of a Michelin star. Service is delightful and the environment sublime.
