We order le menu Capitoul with 82 EUR. Good start with Amuse-Bouche. It was truly special experience for us. Next time, I also want to try le menu Saveurs!

Highly respectable the quality of meals as well as the atmosphere. It is located in the center of downtown easily parking the car, ... all these factors are perfect as the 1st grade French restaurant. I will be back.

This is the worst hotel in Toulouse!! The rooms are old and shabby. Service at 0 level. The air conditioner in the room did not work in the terrible heat. I was not even warned about it. The number was not changed. It's just horrible!!!! Spoiled rest. I categorically do not advise!!!

We visited for lunch on a weekday and decided on the 4 course 79 euro menu. Staff were friendly and welcoming and service was nicely paced. The restaurant is light and airy being located in a very large glass conservatory. The starter of scallops, followed by a lobster dish and then wood pigeon were all very good and tasty. My husband decided on cheese as an optional extra at 20euro which he enjoyed. For me the desert was the most disappointing as it was based around butternut squash - rather tasteless. The wine list is extensive and the prices are relatively high. We both enjoyed our visit and the food and would definately come back.

We had a nice diner here, but nothing exceptional. We went through the 4 courses menu, and we were not disappointed as the food was good, but pretty boring. There was nothing exceptional in anything we ate. It was well cooked and you could feel the technique was here, but that's it. The service was nice, but not up to standard for such a place, e.g., hard to get the attention of the wine guy and get a glass.

It made me feel like a regular hotel restaurant, quite bland in the end, with no soul. The place is nice for sure, but the overall experience is overpriced in my humble opinion.
