It feels strange to write a review like this because the location is stunning, the food was excellent, and the creativity really stood out.
However… a big but. For a 3-star restaurant at this price point, I did not expect to find a fish bone in the dish—especially one that got stuck in my husband’s gums.

We had to go to the restroom, and I ended up using tweezers from the kitchen to remove it. While mistakes can happen, what left a bad impression was the manager’s reaction. They seemed to find the situation amusing and didn’t offer any meaningful apology or gesture to make up for it.
I would have expected a much more customer-focused response from a restaurant of this caliber.

Deserves 3 stars on Google, not Michelin

We’ve eaten at >20 Michelin starred restaurants and are bit fans of these types of experiences.

However, Le Petit Nice was pretty disappointing:

- Extremely overpriced even considering 3* Michelin standards; €230 menu pp for ~3 very small dishes; €19 glass of champagne that retails for €40; €13 for ONE espresso machiatto which is simply insane

- Food was definitely clean and qualitative, but lacked substance, no umami and very little personality; I guess some could call it hospital food

- Back to price vs value, we got monkfish, tuna and another white fish, but no high priced ingredients that would justify the menu price

- The desert was pretty bad and bland, didn’t even take a picture

- Service was generally ok, except storytelling and descriptions of dishes

Btw, it was the only 2* or higher restaurant that didn’t give us any “parting gift”. Not even the menu.

It's a 3-star Michelin so it was VERY expensive, but the food was just an exploration in over-salting things... I mean "the sea".  Paid for the cheese course separately, but were limited to just a few cheeses (felt stingy).  Service seemed like it was a very new staff: forgot to bring our wine with a course; gave us the wrong bill at first; over paid for a tea at the end, which they didn't let us have inside.  None of the courses really wowed as you'd expect from a 3-star restaurant.  Was more impressed by Une Table au Sud and found more recommendations (after-the-fact) for L'Epuisette.

Nous avons eu l'immense plaisir de vivre une expérience culinaire d'exception chez Passedat. Mon conjoint, désireux de retrouver son ami chef, m'a offert la chance de découvrir cette cuisine raffinée et inspirée. Chaque plat était une véritable œuvre d'art, alliant subtilement saveurs et textures pour créer un ensemble harmonieux. Le service était irréprochable, à la hauteur de la réputation de l'établissement. Nous avons été émerveillés du début à la fin, et il est certain que ce moment restera gravé dans nos mémoires. Un grand merci au chef et à toute son équipe pour cette soirée magique. Nous avons adoré.

We had the immense pleasure of living an exceptional culinary experience at Passedat. My partner, eager to meet his chef friend, offered me the chance to discover this refined and inspired cuisine. Each dish was a true work of art, subtly combining flavors and textures to create a harmonious whole. The service was impeccable, living up to the reputation of the establishment. We were amazed from start to finish, and it is certain that this moment will remain engraved in our memories. A big thank you to the chef and his entire team for this magical evening. We loved it.
