The chef has created an experience that we’ll remember forever. If you’re on the fence about visiting, just do it, you will not regret it.

The chef personally explained how the tuna + poached egg was intended to be eaten, including details about how he designed the bowl with a small spout so you can feel the cold, homey ceramic on your lips.

The meal was timed so that the sunset was occurring over the water as we ate… truly remarkable.

These are just two examples of how every detail was considered. The food was sublime and the staff was very generous with our complete lack of mastery of the French language.

Truly excellent restaurant. The food is exceptional, mixing Japanese traditions and techniques with Provence ingredients. I do not understand the reviews that complain about portion size. We came out of lunch feeling completely satisfied, having eaten complex dishes that offered a great variety of flavours. Lovely cocktails. We're looking forward to go back to try the longer menus (we went at lunch and had the 50€ menu).
