We were there in June, and the menu this seasons revolves around fruits.  It was amazing, and we enjoyed the whole experience.  Each dish has its own characteristics and was perfectly executed.  Love it there and would highly recommend.

The food is carefully crafted to incorporate seasonal ingredients at their very peak. The flavour combinations were very precise and ingeniously thought out. The focus on local ingredients, such as Menton lemons, French veal, fruit from both sides of the border, really drives a sense of authenticity in chef Colagreco’s cooking. The food was perfectly executed, and so were the pairings. The view over Menton is unmatched, even on a late autumn evening, when you catch the sunset. The concept of the Lunar menu is unique and ensures you have something to come back for, as I am planning to. My only complaint is that service wasn’t quite as polished as in other places of the same calibre. But the food was so good that it more than made up for the small gaps in service.
The wine pairings , at least the Historique which focuses on natural wines, and Terroir, which focuses on French wines, are terrific value, especially for discovery. The sommelier has done an amazing job pairing the wines to the food on offer, and he has selected some really intriguing labels and bottles. Highly recommended, and impeccable service on the sommelier team’s part.

We were also presented a squash tiramisu for our joint birthday celebration. And it was amazing! The 9 course menu alongside the wine pairings really is too much food, though, so prepare!

Mirazur is truly one of the world’s best dining establishments, and it’s not hard to see why once you taste their food.

A once in a lifetime experience! Worth every penny! Had the most romantic slow dinner from the first steps in the garden guided by the warm smiling lady with magnificient coastal views, followed by the spectacular professional food performance on the table matched with the selection of finest wines, to the final chef's surprise! Went here for a birthday treat and it was everything we had hoped for. Lovely setting, cool with nice views over the sea. Menu was interesting and used a lot of locally grown herbs and flowers. An amazing experience.

I’d call this a heartbreaking experience. I wish it was different. I wouldn’t say it was worth it unless you only care about the food and not so much about the service side of things.

The service was not at all what I had hoped. Three things that happened:

1. When they served us butter, I found a small piece of what looked to be plastic. I reported it to the waiter who took the piece away and didn’t get back to us. We had to ask a second time about it at the end of our meal and finally, the manager came out to explain that it was the jelly that was at the base of the metal barrel that housed the butter. The jelly was safe to consume but shouldn’t have been served. The worry and distress about the plastic ruined 5 out of 9 courses for me because I kept thinking about it and wondered why they didn’t acknowledge the problem.

2. This meal was for my partner’s 30th which I emailed them about alongside with a request to tour their gardens. They acknowledged the request for the tour but didn’t say anything about the birthday. They didn’t do anything for his birthday when we were there.

3. Our water glasses were empty from the 6th course. They didn’t ask if we wanted another bottle of water. Why?

Each problem is -1 star for the rating but I didn’t count the 1st problem because they did try to resolve it and I appreciate it. Better late than never.

The food was sensational. There are some memorable dishes, some personal favourites, and some daring combinations. I only posted a bit of photos because I don’t want to spoil it. I got the Fruits Universe. I got really full by the dessert courses though. I wish I had the chance to go for a walk before the desserts were served.
