This hotel was perfect. Right outside old town, so super quick and easy walk to everything. Staff was incredible he even showed us around the grounds, etc. We didn't eat at the restaurant since my husband's not an adventurous eater, and the price at a Michelin star is, of course, steep. The room was great, and having a bath mid way through our 2 week vacation was so amazing for my feet.  Beds are comfortable, rooms large and staffs great and free parking! The hotel is beautiful 😍  highly recommend!

We had an amazing experience here! Staff truly went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful visit. Booked multiple rooms and each offered a unique experience and exceeded expectations.

I am a flight attendant and stay at hotels for a living and can truthfully say this hotel was exceptional.

A 10 minute walk to the train station hauling luggage and 5 minutes to Christmas markets, this location is perfect. I could not recommend this hotel more. I look forward to future stays here.

Our room was so large it felt like a palace, and the location was perfect; the city walls were right within view from the hotel. The breakfast, included in the price of the room, was also surprisingly expansive given the size of the hotel, with eggs and waffles on demand and a buffet with fruits, meats, a juice press, and baked goods as well. The bath in the center of the room was so lovely. Highly recommend this hotel!

Loved staying at this hotel. Beds were comfortable, the use of a kitchen was fantastic and the hosts were so kind & helpful. The rooms were surprisingly spacious with great water pressure for the shower. The location was convenient to walking all over town. Enjoyed being able to use the kitchen amenities and a night time tea was the perfect way to relax after long day of walking. Only suggestion for improvement would be clearly noting in reservation how/where to check in. We were confused at first on where to check in (& ran into other guests with this same question) but once we found the location it was quick & easy.

My family and I were extremely pleased with rooms, service, and professionalism here. The location is ideal, steps away from the city gate, free parking, and a great breakfast. We will definitely stay here again if we're turning to Rothenburg.
