I got engaged here and the staff made it such a special moment for us. The hotel itself was one of the best I’ve ever been to. Breakfast, Cafe and Spa were Top Quality. Will definitely be back. Also there was a lovely cat who stays there.

Lovely Hotel, Welcoming Staff and Adorable Cat!
I stayed here for a 4 night stay in Mid-January with a friend whilst we were visiting Iceland and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
The staff were super polite and helped us with food recommendations near the hotel.
The amenities in the Twin Room was perfectly sufficient and the Hotel Spa was a lovely way to end our stay.
We’d both be happy to stay here again when we return to Iceland and would definitely recommend it to others :))

It was quite a pleasant experience, very friendly staff! The rooms are a bit small, but always quite clean. I would only point out that there is little space to leave clothes. Good location, close to the city center and with restaurants nearby. Recommended 100%. Many thanks to all the staff for making our stay so pleasant!

The location of the hotel was excellent, and it was very well connected to public transportation. The staff members were exceptionally kind and helpful. The breakfast and restaurant were both great.

There was some construction work happening around the hotel, but we did not hear any noise from it at all.

We were able to see the northern lights from our window (which had an ocean view), and it was a spectacular sight!

The room was spacious, clean, and had plenty of natural light. It also had all of the necessary toiletries.

Excellent location to downtown, easy walking  distance to many restaurants and shopping. Front Desk was helpful, breakfast had variety but was the same for every day we stayed there. There were no top sheets on bed  ,rooms were clean and cozy. Nice shampoo,  conditioner in shower.
