From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism that instantly set the tone for our stay. The check-in was seamless, with the front desk agent Federica ensuring everything was handled swiftly and efficiently.

The guest relations agent Roberto went above and beyond, making our anniversary trip extra special. He made us feel truly valued and welcomed. Special thanks to the Alfredo, Frederick and the entire reception team for their friendly smiles and eagerness to assist with every request, no matter how small.

The level of service provided by the staff is truly unparalleled. Thank you for making our stay unforgettable—we can’t wait to return!

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.  However, what truly stood out was the service in the restaurant. One of the waiters, Asif went above and beyond to ensure my breakfast experience was perfect. He was attentive, friendly, and quick to accommodate any requests. His recommendations were spot on, and he made me feel like a valued guest.

My wife and I had the pleasure of being served by Bianca during our recent stay at NH Collection Milano President, and I couldn’t be more impressed! From the moment we walked into the breakfast buffet, Bianca greeted us with a warm and genuine smile, making us feel right at home. They were attentive without being intrusive, always making sure we had everything we needed and offering great suggestions from the buffet spread.

The atmosphere was relaxing, and the food was fresh and delicious, but what truly made the experience stand out was Bianca's excellent service. Their friendly attitude and positive energy really set the tone for a wonderful start to the day. It’s rare to come across such exceptional service, and I’m grateful for the attention to detail and care they showed.

It was an amazing Hotel!
The hotel amenities were wonderful, and they would leave chocolates every time they cleaned the room ❤️
The staff were incredibly kind and thoughtful.
Additionally, the delicious tea available at the entrance every time was a lovely touch.

The hotel provided excellent security, making it feel very safe. Its location was perfect & very close to the Duomo and the taxi station.

This was the most amazing hotel! It is essentially located in the heart of Milan, making everything easily accessible. If you do stay here, would highly recommend the breakfast buffet. It is staffed by an excellent team. We particularly liked the service provided by Asif, who consistently provided genuine care and attention for us during The breakfast service. He really made it a very pleasurable experience for us. We really enjoyed our time here, and will certainly be coming back.
