Chef Nobuya-san and Marco do whatever it takes to make you feel at home at this gorgeous restaurant. The food is as good as it gets: fish fresher than fresh, vegetables unique and differentiating, Wagyu beef and pork belly from the best producers.  Desserts are insanely good as well. And then the wine; an amazing list at reasonable prices and great recommendations. Not going here would be a crime to your taste buds.

high level of  raw material,  good service , the Japanese dishes are excellent,  the fusion of Japanese - Italian dishes have to be more Japanese then italian. Very good selection of Japanese beer ( not the commercial ones ) , Good Sake .
Very well decorated and lighting.  VERY RECOMMENDED,  we will return soon !

We have known this talented chef for many years and couldn’t wait for him to open his own restaurant.  The restaurant has everything we imagined - elegance / charm and more importantly absolutely amazing food and wines.  The tasting menu is definitely recommended.

hard to find better...food is over the top, service is timed perfectly and never misses a beat. Chef came out to speak to us..very nice and not pretentious..worthy of a Michelin star. Will be back soon
