We randomly found a spot through Google maps as staying close to Porta Romana. Guys are specialized in fermented food and experimenting a lot inspired by experience chefs received while working in Noma. The menu is changing every 5 weeks. We had 4 course menu consisting of absolutely fabulous stuff and enhanced with very sophisticated and tasty sauces. We’ve asked for some unusual wine recommendations and sommelier understood the preferences very quickly. It was a wonderful experience and I will definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Milano

What a lovely experience. The tasting menu provides great breadth of the fermentation techniques that make their food so unique. The mix of Asian flavours and Italian ingredients is so refreshing and unexpected. The service is also very friendly and quick. Reservation very highly recommended. This is a restaurant that knows what it’s doing and I cannot wait to come back. Also can’t wait for more versions to open around the world!

This was a great experience. Loved the concept of the restaurant, the atmosphere, the very attentive and kind staff. The food was delicious, we literally licked the plates clean. However, one dish (the first dish consisting of a toast with pumpkin and salad on the side) stood out and could easily be removed from the menu, and would make the experience of all dishes perfect. The wine list also great. Very recommendable restaurant to visit. Greetings from Copenhagen.
