We had the territory menu. The waiters are very kind and helpful. Nice food and price balance. The wines we had were also very nice.

If you are in Turin, don’t miss this restaurant. Very warm and attentive service, and the food is incredible. Umberto has created his very own signature style. Every plate is a piece of art and the compositions are surprising to the eye and to the palate. Highly recommended.

We have had lunch here a couple of times (lunch menu for 30€) which have been good experiences. We therefore decided to go with their best full dinner menu (120€) - actually we also chose this based on Michelin recommendation - which was a disaster. The servings - of which there were to few, but sizes way to large - ranged from adequate to horrible. We had a pasta dish with very chewy swordfish from Naples that was almost uneatable. There were basically no explanations to the courses. The wine was OK. There may be some dishes on the al carte menu that are better, but what we were served was very far from Michelin star quality. I will not come back.

The egg yolk pasta here was maybe the best and most simple pasta I've ever eaten! 40 egg yolks per 1kg of flour which gives it that yellow color. Honestly just come here for that dish alone. They put a little butter on top and some parmesan cheese and that's it! Incredible! The rest of the food was nice and enjoyable, but I couldn't stop thinking about that pasta. The waiters were funny and friendly. Helped to provide a really nice atmosphere to the restaurant. Thanks for a great meal.

The food is by the far the best in town and the staff members are very kind and attentive. The only one thing that put me off is that the owner when brought the white truffle at the beginning of the meal he states it was 19 grams and then we went to pay he claimed it was originally 22grams so effectively made me pay 3grams more. It’s not about the money and for the food and the experience it was worth every penny of it but the fact the he was questioning my words pretending he was right when the both of us heard 19grams in the first place! Go and visit but record the guy when it tells you the original weight of the truffle or you’ ll get a surprise
