Beautiful Interiors! Delicious and Flavorful Food! Amazing Service! Ordered the Purple Corn Toast (I took the photo a little late but the tortilla was served perfectly parallel with the plate) and Pantesko! So unique and delish. Then, we had Trip to Modena and Memories of a summer in Versilia- Crispy Cod. Highly recommend both. There were additional courses that were brought out for a full experience. Chef Karime even came out to the table to thank us for visiting the restaurant. Fully enjoyed and highly recommend.

I wanted to love Gucci Osteria but I was underwhelmed with our meal. We went for lunch and some of the dishes were good but nothing wowed us. The tortellini were tasty but honestly, nothing you couldn’t find in a decent Italian restaurant in Florence and the rest was not memorable (in fact, some of the flavours were a bit off (like the coffee broth, truffle chicken was dry and the fish was a bit bland). For the money, I would recommend skipping and going somewhere else.

Jag hade turen att säkra ett bord på Enoteca Pinchiorri för följande dag, och jag bläddrade igenom de andra Michelin - stjärnmärkta alternativ också. När kvällen närmade sig bestämde vi oss för att helt enkelt promenera genom de vackra gatorna i Florens, i förvissning om att vi skulle hitta en anständig plats att äta. På något sätt, efter ca 30 minuters promenad, hamnade vi framför Gucci Osteria Massimo Bottura — och på ett infall, bestämde oss för att “krascha” utan reservation. Kanske hade de genom gudomligt ingripande fått ett återbud och bara ett ledigt bord stod kvar. Innan de satte sig frågade personalen om vi hade tittat på menyn – det hade vi inte – men vi försäkrade dem om att medan vi gick – ins, var vi inte främlingar för fine dining. Vår servitör, om än lite skeptisk, gav oss menyn och förklarade våra alternativ: en avsmakningsmeny eller à la carte. Vi valde ursprungligen avsmakningsmenyn med vinparning, men servitören återvände strax efter för att informera oss om att den fasta menyn måste förbeställas. Boka inte denna restaurang till varje pris. De har en absolut löjlig “no - show” avgift på 120 € per person. De säger att de kräver 48 timmars förvarning för eventuella avbokningar, men de svarar aldrig i telefon. Det är omöjligt att avbryta. Vi försökte avboka i dagar innan vår bokning, restaurangen skulle aldrig plocka upp telefonen, vi kom dit personligen för att avbryta och förklarade, de insisterade på att de skulle debitera oss 240 € för absolut ingenting. Chefen var helt vidrig. Jag var tvungen att ställa till en scen och jag kommer att behöva kämpa mitt kreditkortsföretag för detta projekt ansvarig. Tyvärr är dulcet toner, genteel manér och hipster vita sneakers - på en gång så modernt - inte alls liktydigt med bra service. Det är sorgligt för den unga personalen att de inte alls är utbildade i vad som är kärnan i deras roller.

Mat av högsta kvalitet, extremt vänlig och kunnig personal. Alla rätter var extremt läckra och vackert presenterade. Komplexa smaker och intressanta kombinationer! Massor av gratis överraskningar mellan kurserna. Personalen mycket vänlig, de gav min man några bra förslag för vinparning. Toppservice och en riktigt trevlig atmosfär. Allt är vackert inredda, jag rekommenderar det verkligen. En av de bästa kulinariska upplevelserna säkert! 😊

Bokstavligen 90 % av coctailen var ICE. Glas var 150 cc så 15 cc coctail. Löjligt. Kyparen var inte artig. Totalt slöseri om dina pengar.

Underbart rum, fantastisk service, vacker presentation - - men kejsaren har inga kläder! Maten var uppriktigt sagt - fruktansvärt. Först var det stökiga buscherna - - vackra, men mest ett mos av smaker - - texturerna var ok men det var en bitter ton i åtminstone en av dessa som verkligen inte smakade bra. Jag ogillade också deras val av hus Francicorta - och jag är typiskt ett fan av detta vin. Den första rätten var kronärtskockor på tre sätt vilket återigen inte var bra. Den krämiga komponenten var för tung, och den övergripande smaken var inte så mycket av kronärtskocka som det var av vinäger. Därefter åt jag tortellini - - och medan de var små och vackert gjorda, var den övergripande smaken tung och lite oansenlig. Det fanns en brödrätt serverad med olivolja och smör, vilket verkade lovande (hur kunde varmt knaprigt bröd och olivolja vara allt annat än underbart? ) men även brödet hade en bitter eftersmak som gjorde det obehagligt. Även de små sötsaker som presenterades i slutet av måltiden var inte bra - - bittra kakaonibs över en oanständig chokladkräm, men det fanns ett smaklöst gelatinlager emellan som gjorde det obehagligt att äta, och cantucci doppad i choklad var mjuk, inte knaprig som det borde ha varit. Jag såg verkligen fram emot att äta på en av Massimo Botturas restauranger, men om han är villig att sätta sitt namn på detta, då är jag inte ett sådant fan trots allt. Tråkigt nog en besvikelse.

Reservationen var fel och de inte hjärtat oss. Skäms på dig, är inte professionell framför allt för nyårsafton...

Vi åt middag på denna vackra restaurang i hjärtat av Florens för vår bröllopsdag. Mat och service var perfekt. Vi älskade varje detalj i denna restaurang och kommer säkert tillbaka. Vi möttes i slutet med en överraskningstårta med fyrverkerier som personalen visste att det var vår bröllopsdag. Hade en trevlig pratstund också med kocken Karime.

Vår server Jean Luca (ber om ursäkt om jag felstavade detta) , var fantastisk! Uppmärksam, personlig och gav stora rekommendationer. Jag valde 3 rätter och Dessert för att jag ville prova många saker men jag blev ganska mätt av den sista rätten så det går nog bra att göra 2 och en dessert. Tostadon var fenomenal! Full av smak och fräsch. Pestospaghettin var också fantastisk. Vi har haft anpassade cocktails och desserter och övergripande erfarenhet! Ett måste när du besöker!
