The best food in Venice!  Unique dishes, not just your typical seafood fare.  All slow cooked with deep flavors.  The small touches make all the difference, like the pumpkin with the carpaccio.  The anchovy pasta was to die for!

Went solo, did not expect anything fanciful, but still left Hostaria super joyful. Splendid position, attentive service, well-crafted non-abundant menu and tasty dishes. Will come back any time when in Venice!

Delicious food!! We started with mussels and the sauce was to die for… we needed more bread because it was just too good to not let go to waste. My boyfriend had the beef cheek and I had the seafood spaghetti. Both phenomenal! We finished with a tiramisu dessert cup. Would most definitely recommend!!

We were drawn in on our first day in Italy(Venice) given the high reviews, but it was disappointing in terms of food quality, amount and pricing. We ordered a spaghetti(seafood) changed from the ravioli, as well as a spinach ravioli. Ingredients can be sighted in pictures.

Bread was roughly dumped on the table with a irritated look on the waiter.

Definitely some uniqueness in the fresh pasta texture and thickness, but nothing much on the ravioli itself. Paid about $43 euros for this 2 dishes.

Perhaps the beef cheek we did not order was the only good thing seen in reviews. Reviewing for all tourists alike that are drawn in by review stars.

I very rarely write reviews, but this restaurant was truly amazing. The food so delicious and creative. The real treasure was the dessert. Do not skip the passion fruit mousse!!!! It was seriously one of the best desserts I have ever had. Most of all, the waiter was an absolute angel. He was so friendly and welcoming. I would come back every time I am in Venice!
