The warmest and most attentive service restaurant in Malta! We were amazed by the staff's kindness and elegance. The chef's starters and side dishes were truly incredible. The rib eye steak for the main course was fantastic. This restaurant offers a delightful experience, ensuring you leave with a smile on your face. We had an incredible dinner experience! The staff were incredibly helpful in guiding us through the wine list, and the red wine they recommended was absolutely perfect. For starters, we enjoyed the Pastrami Ox Orzo and the Smoked Mushroom Agnolotti—both had generous portions. For the main course, we both chose the Beef Brisket, and it was divine—tender and rich,The Mejadra was an interesting side dish that complemented the brisket. For dessert, we tried in the Chocolate Texture and Sour Cherry  pistachio. To top it off, the "trolley of happiness" made an appearance, adding a fun final touch to our meal. !!!! Attention !!!! Please do not skim over this, hands down the best food and dining experience in my 31 years on this earth, from start to finish. The service our waiter Pedro was world class, he couldn’t do enough! The owner Michele gave us so much of his time to pick his brain about his amazing menu, so down to earth! The food; the focaccia was light and airy. Simply the best i have had. The starters- gnocchi & ham hock, the balance of flavours was incredible. I have no words. The mains - steak and duck, both so simple but also so easy to get wrong, let me say they did NOT get it wrong. Flavours and perfectly cooked. Hats off. Michelin - please come and visit. What a romantic night to celebrate our anniversary. The wait staff whilst still finding their feet but attentive and keen to ensure all our needs were met. We were torn on three dishes and thoroughly enjoyed all of them. The brisket is tender, the duck was supreme and the steak special was 11/10 and perfectly cooked and seasoned. We also had a side of triple cooked potato and they were perfectly crispy on the outside while retaining a softness on the inside. Perfect with the steak. We were desperate to fit dessert but were simply too ambitious. We will be back.
