Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of a disgrace. The experience was marred by an appalling incident in which $200 was stolen from our room by the cleaning staff. What’s even more shocking is the complete lack of accountability displayed by the management. They took no meaningful measures to address the situation, offering only a tepid and perfunctory apology. Such negligence is unacceptable in any establishment, let alone one that claims a certain standard of quality.

The hotel’s shortcomings extend beyond this incident. While the amenities were good, the property itself leaves much to be desired. The "new" building fares better, but the older section is a poorly designed eyesore with an impersonal and uninspired aesthetic that does nothing to justify the price or the supposed prestige of this venue.

Breakfast is held in a dimly lit basement—an utterly bleak and unwelcoming way to start the day. It’s astonishing that a hotel with such glaring deficiencies dares to position itself as anything but average.

I would strongly advise against staying here. A lack of security, dismissive management, and a subpar design ethos make this hotel one to avoid at all costs.

The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and professional.

The tasting menu at the restaurant is worth every penny- the food, wine, service, and attention to detail was exemplary. The regular restaurant is good and the breakfast was outstanding. While access to the spa was nice, the granite floors are a bit dangerous since they are constantly wet and not a single type of shoe could withstand the slip risk. I saw at least one person a day almost fall because of it. The rooms are nice but the housekeeping was very inconsistent with the in-room amenities provided.

Nice hotel with a beautiful view to the ocean, spacious rooms, with two buildings (one with a classic design and the other one which most of the rooms were in, with modern design)
Nice but small spa and gym, and nice breakfast with variety of options
Most of the staff were nice and friendly but some of them unfortunately didn’t know how to respectfully treat guests!
