I cannot say that this was one of the best restaurant I've ever been to, because it was more than this. We came to 12tapas end of December to have a great dinner, we had an AMAZING dinner but also a fantastic overall experience.
The food was amazingly good, but everything outside from the food was reaching such a level of excellence that this experience will stay in our memories for a long time.
Each dish has a real story and a very original presentation. The waiters were presenting each one of them so good that we were immerged in a purposeful experience from the moment we entered this restaurant until the moment we left.

Away from the centre of Seville, this offers a great option if u want to avoid the car parking headache in the city.. it is Michelin recommended for a reason and each dish was beautifully presented. As a party of 4 we had a fair selection of dishes. It was all very good. Some of the descriptions might put off the average Brit, but most will be rewarded for their bravery. The service was very good and my only complaint would be that the various course including the mains were on the small size, but you can always order more. Very reasonably priced for a Michelin recommended restaurant.

Amazing food, very nice design and top service with very knowledgable waiters. Also very helpful in adjusting the food for different allergies/intolerances - very important! I'm celiac and the waiter explained for every dish, which contains gluten, which not, which can be adapted to gluten-free, brought me a gluten-free bread etc. They also have nice wines. I do recomend!

The missus and I do a set menu fine dining experience a couple times a year and this ranks among my favourites so far. This is partly because of the quality, presentation of the food, etc, but partly also because of the way everything about the tasting menu has been designed as an homage to Seville and the surrounding area. From the olive oil, to the wines, and everything in between, there's a story here within the menu.
Don't worry about the daunting prospect of fifteen dishes, the whole thing is perfectly balanced and, over the course of two hours, you feel totally satisfied without being stuffed.
I can't recommend this place highly enough.
