Despite a noticeably slow start to the service, our meal and overall experience here was fabulous - a total delight! We especially enjoyed the red shrimp, ravioli, cocochas, gazpacho, and callos de bacalao (part of the December menu). We are excited to recommend to friends and return at some point in the future to try a different menu.

Had dinner on a Thursday when only the degustation menu is available. The dishes are all well prepared with intense flavours. Not all hit the spot for me, a couple were amazing (Gambas atemperadas con mantequilla de maiz and callos de bacalao) one a little overpowering (cuajada de crustáceos) but all in all it was a good experience. The wait staff were excellent and friendly. If I come back to Soria I would go again but on a night where I could choose a la carte.

A true Michelin Star restaurant: excellent service, excellent food, excellent gastronomic proposal and innovation and excellent quality (and the majority of the ingredients are from Soria!!). It does not have to envy anything of other Michelin Star restaurants I've visited in European capitals. This place is a truly reference for me. Congratulations!!
