No venía desde hace casi 1 año, han cambiado el menú degustación y sigue tan sorprendente como hace 1 año. Es un lugar muy bueno, con calidad de atención A1 que se ha ganado una mención en Guía Michelin a pulso. Que ganas de volver!

I haven't been here for almost a year, they have changed the tasting menu and it is still as surprising as it was a year ago. It is a very good place, with A1 quality of service that has earned a mention in the Michelin Guide. Can't wait to come back!

Piatti freschi, dai sapori ricercati e dall’encomiabile sforzo della conoscenza del territorio, con tanto di storia. Il ristorante è pulito, ordinato, con un aspetto corretto, non estremamente moderno, ma per il quale si è speso tempo per aggiornarlo senza stravolgerlo. I piatti sono generosi e saporiti. Il polipo con la salsa che viene dal passato, tra spezie e menta e prezzemolo è qualcosa di sorprendente. La battuta di gamberi, dolce e avvolgente come poche. Servizio presente, attento e simpatico. Bravi. Vino appena provato nella cantina Raimat, vale la pena il viaggio. Grazie

The restaurant is clean, tidy, with a correct appearance, not extremely modern, but for which time has been spent to update it without distorting it. The dishes are generous and tasty. The octopus with the sauce that comes from the past, between spices and mint and parsley is something surprising. The prawn tartare, sweet and enveloping like few others. Service present, attentive and friendly. Well done. Just tried wine in the Raimat cellar, worth the trip. Thank you

Мы выбрали меню DEGUSTACIÓ SALVADOR, красивая подача, внимательное обслуживание.  Но нам чего-то не хватило, какой-то изюминки в этих блюдах, всё выглядело очень красиво и аппетитно, но на вкус было простовато.
Порадовали консервированные помидоры, они такие же как я готовила раньше в Украине. Для Испании не типичный рецепт.

We chose the DEGUSTACIÓ SALVADOR menu, beautiful presentation, attentive service.  But we were missing something, some zest in these dishes, everything looked very beautiful and appetizing, but the taste was rustic.
I was pleased with the canned tomatoes, they were the same as what I used to cook in Ukraine. Not a typical recipe for Spain.
