I took my wife there for her birthday we had the entire establishment for ourselves. We had the 6 courses diner and each course was “deliciosÍssimo”. The service was impeccable and the decor and ambiance were very pleasing to the eyes. My wife could not stop thanking me the entire night for the experience. We even took picture with chef Mr. Velasco.

Amazing restaurant in Madrid, the attention to details of the personnel is beyond words; the food presentation, quality and cuisine mix is outstanding, the wine pairing is excellent with a good cellar to chose from. Highly recommend

This is a 4.6 star rating as some dishes were superb Michellin quality, some fell below that standard.  The Ravioli with Caviar was superb, the Hake was superb but the Hake with white truffle lost the subtle flavor of the white truffle.  The restaurant has been open less than 6 months and is definitely worthy of a visit.  The chicken wing with lobster was off the mark.  The basil ice desert with memorable. Waitress/waiter staff were excellent.  Atmosphere was very pleasant.

The space is beautiful and the food was wonderful. The team at VelascoAbella were thoughtful, helpful and warm - very generous, great wines and an excellent sommelier! The owners have created a very special place that I can’t recommend enough.

What an incredible experience dining at VelascoAbellà was! The restaurant space is beautiful and modern and I was lucky enough to be seated next to the floor-to-ceiling windows looking out into the courtyard. The staff had great attention to detail and put together an amazing tasting menu after I selected a few preferences. There is a reason the smoked ricotta ravioli has been the chef’s signature recipe for 17 years - it is perfectly well cooked and flavours so well balanced. Absolutely delicious! The sommelier recommended the perfect matching wines for my tasting menu. They even printed out a copy of the dishes and wines I had, a lovely personal touch!
