The location of this hotel is unbeatable! Step outside, and you’re immediately surrounded by luxury stores—perfect for a high-end shopping experience right at your doorstep. The hotel itself is stunning, both inside and out, with a design that exudes elegance and charm.

I had the pleasure of enjoying lunch at *La Diala*, and it was a fantastic experience. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, the food was delicious, and the view added an extra touch of magic to the meal.

I would absolutely choose to stay here again on my next visit to St. Moritz!

I have never loved a place more. Stunning rooms, literally the best service in the world, amazing amenities, and the coziest dining/bar options that you’ve ever experienced. I dream about the next time I get to visit and tell everyone who will listen about our time there.

A wonderful first time in St. Moritz staying at Badrutt's Palace - we enjoyed the beautifully decorated hotel with stunning views overlooking the water and mountains. Breakfast was such a delight in the main dining room with a full selection to choose - also loved the harpist playing, very elegant touch. The concierge was very attentive - made wonderful recommendations for lunch including Paradiso, which included a short scenic hike and ski lift ride up the mountain. We also enjoyed high tea at the hotel, which was lovely. The spa and pool amenities were very relaxing.  Loved our stay and highly recommend!

Deluxe hotel with incredible views and traditional classic style. A very nice indoor and outdoor pool(heated) with a good spa. The rooms are nice and modern, comfortable bedding. Attentive and very friendly staff all around. The only thing why a star less, the Suite St.Moritz had cigarette smell and the other rooms smelled funky. The put in some aromatic solution to cover it which helped. Very nice breakfast.

The hotel has great location and rooms with lake view are nice, totally different from Village view rooms. After visiting many 5* hotels in Switzerland, this hotel really felt short on many levels. Nothing was horrible, but most was substandard, from services to food and drinks. For the price they ask I expect at least good level if not outstanding. All had to be asked 2 or 3 times to be delivered. Food was really below standard for the prices they ask and everyone seam to be busy and not coming to serve even though there were only 4-5 tables occupied. And on top of all expect no air conditioning in summer, they don’t have it at all in the hotel, offered a fan in a 5* hotel😳
