A great long weekend with friends to start the year.

The staff in the hotel and restaurant couldn’t have done more to make us feel welcome.

Lovely rooms, great location and restaurant on site serving delicious local fare.

The sun came out to provide those amazing St Moritz blue skies you hear so much about. The skiing up on Corviglia was great too.

A perfect beginning to 2025!

Authentic family owned Swiss hotel with the absolutely best location, delicious restaurant, comfortable beds, and the kindest professional staff.  Amazing apres ski bar with live music and DJ to finish a wonderful day skiing.  Complimentary transportation to train station as well.  Cannot wait to go back to the Hauser!

I had an excellent experience at this hotel! The service was outstanding, with a friendly and attentive staff that made me feel very welcome throughout my stay. The breakfast was superb, offering a wide variety of delicious options each morning. The location is perfect, just a short walk from all the major tourist attractions, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. Additionally, the hotel provided me with a city transportation card, which gave me free access to all the attractions—an incredible perk that made exploring the city even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

The staff at the hotel is really nice and helpful. Love the interior of the rooms especially the smell of pine! The pine pillow is nice as well. We really appreciate the shuttle to and from the train station. Their restaurant is really popular with great food. We booked half board which is quite value for money!

I am sitting here having my breakfast and I can’t wait to write a review for this place. It’s only my first day here and I luv it!! The people here are so warmth and welcoming. Special mention to lady Mdm Ursula, she’s genuinely friendly and happy serving hotel guests! Always checking if the breakfast was ok and if we needed anything else. Oh the breakfast croissants—— oooh so good!

Also special mention to reception gentleman Benedikt, what a fine young man you have fronting the hotel. I made a blunder on the email on my arrival timing and missed the van pick-up. I wrote an email and he responded immediately asking me to wait up and he’ll get the driver to come over. I am so thankful! He also gave very good information about the hotel facilities and surrounding. He made the check-in process so welcoming for all his guests!

Both of them, and am sure with the rest of the team, are assets to the hotel.

The hotel is simple and clean. Not so much of a posh hotel, but feels so much like home. I would definitely recommend this hotel in St Moritz! In my heart, more than a 5 star hotel.

This place and its people, made my trip the best thing that has happened!
