Everything was lovely at the Tschuggen during our 5 day stay. The staff went above and beyond for all our requests - everyone was always kind and polite, responsive and helpful. We were travelling with our dog and the hotel was overall very dog friendly. The room was cozy and had all the amenities you could ask for. And personally, the biggest plus: there were complimentary snacks available at all times. Would love to come back.

His expertise, enthusiasm, and warm personality made each activity not only enjoyable but truly memorable. We left feeling rejuvenated and inspired!

A huge highlight of our stay was the private ski lift, exclusive to hotel guests, which whisked us up to a breathtaking ski and sledding area. The convenience of this unique feature cannot be overstated, and the added bonus of a lively bar and restaurants at the top made it even more enjoyable.

Every moment at Tschuggen Grand Hotel felt like a perfectly curated luxury escape. The exceptional staff, from the hotel manager to the restaurant waiters, truly made us feel like family. We cannot recommend this incredible hotel enough and are already looking forward to our next visit!

I recently stayed at the Tschuggen Hotel Arosa during the Private Mountain event, and it was an absolutely exceptional experience. The staff were incredibly attentive and welcoming, ensuring everything was perfectly organized from start to finish.

I also treated myself to a facial treatment and a massage at the spa, and both experiences were wonderful. A heartfelt thank you to the spa team, especially Miranda and Irina, for their professionalism, care, and attention to detail – you truly made me feel relaxed.

Only one little thing I missed: I wanted to make myself a cup of tea before going to bed. Unfortunately, there wasn’t any tea available in the room. However, upon request, I received a tea assortment.

Our stay at Hotel Tschuggen in Arosa was extraordinary. The outstanding service made us feel truly special, with the staff consistently going the extra mile. The hotel's daily activities, including a mushroom-picking excursion with the general manager, were delightful and enriching, alongside daily yoga sessions.

Our room was luxurious, and room service was impressively fast, always within 15 minutes. The shuttle service was incredibly convenient, and the Tschuggen Express private cable car provided exclusive and quick access to the mountains and top spots like Bear-Land.

The restaurant exceeded our expectations, especially with its breakfast buffet featuring local, seasonal products, vegan and vegetarian options, and freshly prepared meals. We appreciated the vegetarian/vegan menu and healthy options available throughout our stay. Special thanks to Mauro and Robert for their warm hospitality.

The gym was super clean and equipped with new machines, and the spa offered a relaxing experience. The kids club was convenient in case of bad weather and offered a wide range of quality toys, furniture, and activities.

Overall, Hotel Tschuggen is exceptionally family-friendly, making it an ideal destination for all. The combination of outstanding service, unique activities, exceptional dining, and convenient transport options made our stay unforgettable. We cannot wait to come back in winter.

1. Room was perfect, I loved the bathroom set up with shower and separate bathtub. We had a mountain view, so it was just gorgeous to see how weather changes in the mountains.
2. SPA was just perfect! It's in the Vogue Top 100 around the world and it is indeed incredible! I was there several times per day.
3. Private Funicular and day pass for other cable cars in Arosa - perfect option for summer hiking activities.
4. Grand Restaurant - compliments to the chef, as everything was delicious. I still remember blackcurrant tart and the Apricot dessert.
5. Everybody meet you with a smile and really want to help you with any possible question you have during the whole stay. Very nice people work there and it is very rare in the hotel industry!
