es standen 3 Menüs zur Auswahl, aus diesen man selbst variieren konnten.
Ausgezeichnete Qualität und Frische der Speisen. Gelungene Variation und Komposition der Speisen.

Der Service schwächte in Sachen Samthandschuhe, mal wurden die Speisen mit Handschuh serviert mal ohne, zudem wurde etwas zu tief im Teller mit den Finger die Speisen erklärt , ebenso kleine schwäche bei der Aufzählung der Zutaten.
Zudem wurde ab und an zu rasch abgeräumt, das bedeutet kaum fertiggekauft und Mund abgewischt, wurde der Teller bereits abgeräumt.
