Some of the best fine cuisine and service in Quebec!  The 6 course menu was a masterpiece in design, presentation, and taste. It was equally paired with exquisite expertise in customer service.  Highly recommend for a special occasion or date night!

Had an amazing meal at Sinsemilla! The atmosphere is relaxed, but the food truly stands out. The chicken with mushrooms was comforting and full of flavor, and the steak with a fried beef ball was a unique, delicious combo. Dessert was a cake with macadamia nuts— mind-blowingly interesting, with the perfect crunch. Highly recommend for a memorable dining experience!

February 15th, visit #2 - three years after our last. Still the highlight of our trip to Quebec!! We had a six course menu - completely different and as awesome and amazing as our last one :) Pictures don’t do it justice. These guys are geniuses. Each dish must have required extensive experimentation to deliver unique combinations of flavors, colors, and textures.

January 9th, 2022. The highlight of our trip to Quebec and alone worth (multiple) repeat visits to the city. This is a place for food lovers. The high priest of the kitchen came out to introduce every dish. We went through the entire menu and repeated the desert. The veggie section delighted even the hardcore meat lovers. Drinks were equally amazing. Incredible creativity. Keep in mind that the setting is very simple, it’s not a fancy looking place. The service and the atmosphere were amazing. Can’t thank them enough. It is a tiny place and reservations are needed.

Incredible dinner experience, menu changes every month as chef creates new locally sourced dishes. We have been three times and each time blows our minds. Enjoy!

A strange small restaurant with a small menu located in the city center. The name of the restaurant and dishes refers to the topic of cannabis use. The cook tries to experiment and sometimes it turns out well, sometimes raises questions. I didn’t like three types of fresh oysters with different additives. In one case, a large amount of vinegar with onion simply kills the whole taste and burns the mouth, in the second option, in addition to a large amount of ice, it is not possible to feel some taste in principle, the third option is not a good combination of flavors. Apparently, they tried to make fire and ice oysters, but it didn’t work out very well.

I liked the rest of the dishes, but the choice is not big. The size of the dishes is more like snacks than basic dishes. You need to take at least 2 dishes to eat.

We tried strawberry dessert.  Another strange dish with a strange selection of ingredients . With cocktails and wine, the bill turned out to be large.
