From the moment we arrived at Waldorf Astoria Cancun, we were treated to an unparalleled level of service and hospitality. The property itself is breathtaking—nestled between lush greenery and the sparkling Caribbean Sea, it offers the perfect blend of tranquility and elegance.

We stayed at the "sister" property, the Hilton - An All Inclusive Resort for 5 nights and decided to move to the Waldorf for the last two nights in Cancun. The room was $200/night cheaper, although it doesn't include food and drinks. However, we weren't eating and drinking $200/day worth of food.

At first glance, the hotels looks very similar, but looks are deceiving. The first thing we noticed was how elegant and peaceful the lobby, pool area, and entire hotel were compared the Hilton. The second thing we noticed was the increased level of service and attention.

The concierge walked us to our room (which was upgraded as a diamond member from an oceanfront to a swim up pool room). She showed us all the features in the room and offered to book a reservation at the restaurants.

The room is super clean and stylish with a great large shower and bathroom. We have a semi-private deck with our own small pool and a deep private hot tub. We honestly wish we would have stayed here the entire trip after only being in the room for 3 hours.

We are looking forward to the rest of our stay, and we will be back.

Our stay the Cancun Waldorf Astoria was superb. The rooms were spectacular, the restaurants were excellent, the views were awesome! The culture of the staff at this hotel is top-notch! From the moment we checked in till the moment we checked out the staff exceeded our expectations. We are Hilton Diamond members and like to travel. This location was one of the best stays we have ever had. We strongly recommend it and it would be our #1 choice when we return to Cancun.

The ambiance of the hotel is quiet and calm, making it an ideal retreat for relaxation. The beautifully landscaped areas and thoughtfully designed spaces contribute to a feeling of tranquility that is hard to find elsewhere.

What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the incredible staff. They were not only professional but also genuinely warm and welcoming. Every interaction I had was met with a smile, and they went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Their attentiveness and dedication to guest satisfaction were truly remarkable.

The dining options at the hotel did not disappoint either. They offer a variety of  dishes that catered to all tastes. Whether it was a casual breakfast or a more formal dinner, the food was consistently excellent.

Overall, I can't emphasize enough how exceptional my experience was. If you're looking for a luxurious getaway with outstanding service, beautiful surroundings, and fantastic food, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to everyone. I can't wait to return!

I want to give gratitude for our stay at this hotel. My favorite stay in Mexico after the One and Only Mandarina. This is a newer hotel and the architecture and design are stunning. It is designed for relaxation, and the staff made sure you did not worry about a thing. It was so peaceful here, and the scenery is gorgeous. Renting a car allowed us to venture out for dinner each night, but the food here for breakfast was phenomenal. I highly recommend it if you want a laid back vibe away from the party scenes of Cancun.
