This place is great if you want something incredibly loud and outdated. There was no glass in the window in the bathroom which was on the street side, causing a lot of noise in the room. It is one block away from Senior Frogs, which goes until about 3:00 a.m. and you can hear all of what they're doing in your bedroom. The front desk person was extremely nice when we got in, she even gave us three pesos from her purse because we did not have coins for parking. The rest of the staff was mediocre at best. When we went down for breakfast we saw that it was a cold piece of toast and black coffee, when you book the room it says breakfast included so we thought there would be a little more. When I asked the young lady what was included she was incredibly snotty. We couldn't cancel our second night with them, but decided to stay elsewhere and eat the cost. I only recommend this place if you don't need to sleep, if you're trying to be out partying all night, this is a good place for you. It was fairly expensive after paying the $35 tax at the front desk after already paying for the room and taxes on Priceline.

When you book from another country, you often encounter different experiences.

The bedding had yellow stains, and we were allowed only two towels every three days. The free breakfast consisted of just toast and coffee. The shower wasn't working, and I had no option but to speak to someone about it. I requested a blanket, but the front desk staff member seemed annoyed.

We booked four rooms, and we noticed roaches in the accommodations. Additionally, there was only one electric outlet available to charge our phones, which made it difficult since my husband uses a breathing machine.

To make matters worse, the female night front desk worker was sleeping at the desk. We don't have toilet paper in our room I went to ask but she just was sleeping

Overall, we were very disappointed.

Let’s start: I’m not recommend this place.
Horrible service from receptions, we ask for a bottle of water and they said straight no. And we told her in the description was supposed to get bottle of water and we didn’t get it. And the lady in the front start to talk rude to us. The sheets at the bed they’re yellow so be ready for that bring sheets  from home. Or don’t book this hotel.
We went to the breakfast in the morning let’s say there is no breakfast(coffee and pice of bread), my friend she is gluten-free allergy so we ask for something else and they straight said no it’s not our problem and we don’t have something else to give you to eat. What a horrible service!! I will definitely not going to recommend to anyone to stay here at this hotel!! I will prefer to sleep on the street in here👎🏽👎🏽

I paid for breakfast and they did NOT give it to me. They wanted to be paid again. I wanted to talk to the manager.
Asked me to come at 11 am. Never showed up.
Didn’t offer me any kind of solution or refund. AWFUL.

The staff was polite and helpful and the location is superb next to 5th street in Playa del Carmen but the building rooms needed maintenance. Mold in the shower and dust in the ceiling fan and over some areas. Towel and blanket with a dirt spot and the air condition in the beginning not cold the area y very hot weather zone.  The photos speak by himself.
