Do not come here, the food is not worth the money. Taste is not a Michelin standard at all. Wait time between dishes is extremely long. The whole restaurant is a bar, not a place for you to enjoy food. You have 0 interactions with the chef, although they call themselves an Omakase. Waiters are not well trained. Save some money and find some fine dining.

The food is okay, the main dish beef loin is a bit over seared and carries a bit of bitterness. I like the tempura mushroom. A little bit crowded and the music was loud. I waited 23 minutes for the waiter to come and get my order. Overall experience is mediocre and not worth Michelin 1 star, at least not that I got.

Head Chef Max and team exceeded all my expectations and more with a complete and elevated dining experience.  The tempura fresh water eel and cherry blossom wrapped cod were standouts.   Also, the sake menu was to die for.   Max, the chef, spent careful time explaining the origin of dishes and the plating was superb.   Would highly recommend to any food/japanese enthusiast.  Going home happy and full.

Very simple, standard Japanese flavors. The tenderloin was the best thing on the menu. The fried mushroom was completely tasteless. The salmon was well cooked and flavorsome but extremely simple. The ambience is incredibly underwhelming. The cocktails were great though.
