It is an authentic and phenomenal Italian restaurant. The dining room was decorated beautifully with decent seats, a great bar, and an open kitchen with a large pizza oven. Our server was gentle and humorous with a cute Italian accent. Their food was innovative and delicious. We did not try their pizza, because their pasta was more attractive. They have chef specials every day and I do recommend them. The secret menu had pork shank, seafood pasta, and lobster ravioli. I liked their pork shank entree, lamb pasta, and seafood pasta. All entrees came with a large size. The pastas were flavorful with juicy meats and a large size of seafood. The pork shank was also juicy merged in decent gravy rice. However, it was really easy to get sick of the thick sauce. I really liked it but I was also feeling full with several bites at the beginning. Anyway, I still recommend their unique pastas and chef specials.

I had an excellent experience at the restaurant tonight. I enjoyed the ossobuco, while others had salmon, pasta, and cioppino—all of which were excellent. I’d rate the food five stars, the service a five-plus, and the ambiance a 3.5. Special shout out to Flavio—his mother should know he’s a true star at his work. We want to thank him for his exceptional service and kindness. If you’re in the San Diego area, this place is a must-visit. You won’t regret it; it’s an experience you should definitely enjoy. Just return from tasting food in the Tuscany region, this is best Italian food this side of Tuscany

SiAmo Napoli makes you feel like you’re in an Italian restaurant in Naples! Owners Flavio and Giovanni Piromallo are welcoming, and ensure outstanding service and a wonderful experience! I have come back many times, and have been delighted each time! SiAmo Napoli is a Michelin Guide restaurant that features special selections from Italian Chef Alfonso of traditional food from Napoli, including homemade pastas, and daily specials! Flavio can handmake personal-favorite, off-menu Italian cuisine on request (tip: ask for Fettuccini alfredo with scallops and shrimp, Lobster ravioli in pink sauce, Grigliata di pesce – grilled seafood platter, or Osso Buco)! Superb!

Very delicious Lasagna, Fettuccine Carbonara, Gnocchi, Cioppino di Positano and Calamarata – pasta, calamari, clams, mussels, shrimp in light tomato sauce, Salmone alle Zafferano – fresh salmon filet, Spigola dello Chef – very light fresh Branzino/Sea Bass, Calamari Fritti – cooked perfectly, tender flavorful Osso Buco, Parppardelle con il Ragù d’Agnello – flavorful, mild, hearty, Cabernet-infused pasta with slow braised lamb, fresh Italian bread, and a nice selection of wines! Tantalizing Carciofi Saltati – Artichokes, and Arucola – citrus salad. SiAmo Napoli specializes in scrumptious Neapolitan Pizza from their wood-fired oven, such as Margherita, spicy Piccante, and Contadina with homemade fennel sausage.

Refreshing traditional Aperol spritz aperitivo and Sangria, Dopo Cena (after dinner) digestivos – Limoncello, Port, Grappa, and coffee drinks, and Non-alcoholic cocktails, such as Passionfruit, lime, mint, and soda! Very delicious homemade desserts, including: Tiramisu, Cannoli, Tartufo – Hazelnut and Chocolate Gelato, Nutella Cheesecake, Pistacchio Cheesecake, and Limoncello Cake! I lived in Italy for a long time, and Siamo Napoli is one of the most authentic Italian food experiences I've had in the United States.  The owners have always been very kind to me and are always happy to see me when I come in, as well as their great staff.

Probably the most authentic Italian restaurant in San Diego (after living in little Italy and trying out ALL the places). Pizza is to die for and so is the rest of the food. I Can’t recommend it enough.
These people know food and know what they’re doing. Service is also exceptional staff are always super welcoming, professional and worm and most importantly consistent with being just as good as it gets when it comes to a nice dinner out. Never disappoints. 10/10.
