Let’s start by saying the hotel is phenomenal love the lobby and the layout of the room was great. Room service was phenomenal and I just can’t say enough from the Pool the view is incredible in the day time and the jacuzzi is relaxing. The hotel is dog theme which Is why I stayed here although didn’t see any pets. The valet driver was great as well always tip your valet highly recommended my stay was pleasant and would definitely stay again did I say the Pool was great!!!

Absolutely loved my stay here! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and had all the amenities I could ask for.

I visited San Francisco with my fiancée and had a great experience at Hotel Nikko.  The room was very clean, had a beautiful view, and offered great
amenities.  The turn down service was also very nice and made you feel special.  We also had the breakfast buffet and the afternoon wine and cheese on the 23rd floor included with our package and both were wonderful.  The gym was big and offered many different machines and free weights.  Overall we had a fantastic time there.

Quiet. Welcoming staff follow up during your stay to ensure you are comfortable. Bed so comfortable! Shower with good water pressure. Thoughtful decoration makes the hotel feel like home. Thoughtful amenities in the room with water bottle and water refill station down the hall, quality shower supplies, etc. They only do valet parking (~74/day that includes taxes), but excellent valet staff that was attentive. No continental breakfast, which is fine since there are plenty of breakfast options close by I enjoyed.

Very good customer service. Hotel is clean and well kept up. Housekeeping was great. Staff are friendly and they met our requests quickly (portable desk in room, etc).  In a walkable area. Took a day for us to get our bearings straight but then felt safe and comfortable.  Came for a conference and it was a great space for that. Rooms were lovely. Only complaint if I can call it that is room service is very pricey (to be expected in this location) and we requested to meet the hotel's mascot dogs for a puppy play date but didn't hear back. Food for the conference was very good!
