I can’t believe this is my first time trying out the melt and there are plenty all around the Bay Area so I had to try their original Cheeseburger aka melt burger which originally is the cheeseburger with a little bit of pickles, you can add lettuce, tomatoes, and onions to it for free.   My other friend got a mushroom burger and they have plenty of non meat options like mac cheese and other burgers. We got sweet potato and regular fries. Each burger comes with a huge pickle. We dined in on a Tuesday night and it was pretty busy, we sat near the bathrooms but nice and chill spot. We ordered through the kiosks. This is a pretty busy area so parking can be a bit difficult.

Great location, on a long walk from Pier 15 to the Painted Ladies. We chose this place because my kid is super picky and likes mac and cheese and grilled cheese. The business area has views of tall buildings. We’ve been here for a weekend, and it’s been easy and nice to walk around. The space is clean, and there’s a security guard on duty. Self-ordering and service were convenient. My kid was happy with the taste, and I was okay with the soup.

I really wanted to give this a higher score. The staff were kind, and the speed was impressive for a 730 dinner. However, the fries were just pure grease, and the burger was just average. I got the parmesan garlic fries, and they were both okay as well as a colon destroyer.  I had a restless night as a result. I added avocado to my bacon burger, and it just didn't have enough flavor to wow me. It was good, don't get me wrong. However, for the price and novelty, it just wasn't there.

The barbecue melt I ordered was wonderful and amazing, and the waiter suggested that I order cookies and brownies for dessert. It was worth the extra money. I had a good meal. It's a really convenient position for my place of work.

The Mac n cheese is a good portion size for the price, but I found the taste to be underwhelming. We actually wanted to try the vegetarian burger, but it was no where to be found while ordering. My friend had the grilled cheese with egg and really enjoyed it. The employees were friendly and I will be coming back to try the grilled cheese with mushrooms!
