I had a surprise celebration of my birthday with my daughter and friend.  Lots of tasty sharing dishes.  The food was delivered very quickly and was always freshly prepared.  A decent selection of cocktails.    The fried cauliflower was so good we ordered it three times.  The staff was so welcoming and attentive.  A great place to spend good times with friends and family for a reasonable price!

What a lovely place! I have to say the food was SO delicious for the omakase at Dear Sushi. They have a “old” style and “new” style sushi and this really makes eating fun comparing and savoring these pieces! The service was also really great. The different courses came really quickly after each other and the staff were very attentive! Helped us take pictures and set things nicely for our special occasions! They were really attentive with my allergies and gave me an alternative dessert. I would definitely come back for the BBQ!

small note: I will say the seats near the door do get a draft of cold wind in the winter everytime someone walks in/out

We were thrilled to see you open for lunch – and what a treat it was! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with such warmth and love by your wonderful host, Robyn(in). Both she and Alexis T took exceptional care of us, making the experience even more special.

As always, the food and drinks were an absolute masterpiece – creative, thoughtful, and perfectly composed. Every bite was a delight, reminding us why we love coming back.

What a treasure. We were greeted very warmly by Robin at the D.C. location who ushered us to our seats. She even offered to take our coats which was a welcome surprise. She was wonderful and hospitable!
Our server was just as delightful.

The food, ambiance, freshness, and overall taste was incredible. I will be sure to visit again once I'm back in D.C.

Surprisingly amazing. We stumbled upon this place by chance and loved it! Food was top not notch, cocktail selection is excellent and delicious, and service was amazing! Yusel was gracious, welcoming, and very attentive despite it being late and close to closing time.
Definitely recommend, and as we have discovered there are other restaurants under the same roof.
