Returning for the third or fourth time The kitchen is always on top of their game Bravo ! from start to finish our entire meal was delicious and interesting. We made the mistake of having a reservation at opening time with the line that forms at the entrance means there’s a lot of people sat at one time and it seems to take the service staff a while to catch up. Wine service can be a bit clunky there were two or three wine servers/soms working our table making it difficult to have a wine discussion. The music whether a DJ or live is always fantastic.

My wife, daughter, and I had an exceptional dining experience at Los Fuegos. Our server Mateo provided attentive service, and the manager Khrystyna went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Our daughter was tired after a long day of travel and swimming, but they thoughtfully offered her a pillow, coloring book, and crayons to make it easier for us to enjoy our meal.

The food was outstanding—starting with the perfectly cooked octopus and delicious empanadas. The branzino and rib steak were absolutely phenomenal, cooked to perfection. We finished the meal with a rich and delightful tres leches cake.

The attention to detail and hospitality made our visit truly memorable. Highly recommend Los Fuegos for both the food and the impeccable service.

Made brunch reservations ahead of time for my fiancée’s birthday celebration in Miami. After arriving on time, we were ushered to our table and told to immediately order all appetizers and entrees because the kitchen closes at 4:00pm (our reservation was for 3:00pm). We were then told we could not order from the normal menu and were instructed to order from a limited one. After awkwardly but politely ordering, random plates of food began appearing all over the place. Not one server knew where to place any of the dishes, causing chaos. Mind you, we still had not ordered our cocktails. After eating our food and getting our cocktail 35 minutes into brunch, nobody returned to our table. We soon found out about a dessert buffet located inside (where I had requested to sit, but we were put outside next to the service station) and helped ourselves. I mentioned to the hostess my dissatisfaction on the way to the restroom, and to not create a scene because that’s not my style. She insisted on me talking to the manager when I returned. I waited for the manager and explained our weird experience. He did not seem to care and offered no help. I followed up with a private review to the restaurant via email and have yet to hear anything back more than a month later. I usually don’t leave many negative reviews but now I’m here.

The restaurant knew they were accommodating a large brunch and did not think to reach out and say the kitchen would be closing so soon, or mention anything about a limited menu. Nor did they say we would be sitting outside after requesting inside. Not to mention how unqualified the service was for such a sought after hotel. The hotel and restaurant claims to portray excellence and swagger, but this is definitely a false facade.

A Great Choice to Impress in Miami
Ambience: great typical Faena red and gold; loud music, real-time singer and band in the middle of dinner, bustling helpful staff

Christmas holidays in Miami. I was strongly recommended this restaurant by two colleagues. Venue didn't disappoint - beautiful restaurant, beautiful people. For dinner, aim to get a table inside specially with the live band. We made the mistake of sitting out at the patio, it was a very windy evening. We had the beef tartare and tuna carpaccio as starters. The beef tartare was too busy  - it didn't need the additional cream sauce and onions. Nevertheless, despite the heaviness, it passed the taste test.

Had the red snapper which was overcooked and dry, pasta accompaniment was bland. Note that this was accepted and rectified by the restaurant.

Steak Milanese was good...

We ordered a 2019 Pinot Noir from the wine list but was served with a 2021. Only realised this halfway through the bottle to let our server know and the feedback from the sommelier was that the 2019 and 2021 vintage are the exact same wine even if different vintage. Anyone who knows anything about wine knows it's not possible  - would have rather he simply apologised for the mistake and stopped right there. Not acceptable for a restaurant charging these prices.

Also wanted to point out that our server was very efficient and friendly. She did everything right and smoothed things over. Big thumbs up to her.

But I will not be rushing back - very disappointed.
