An absolute gem inside Krog Street Market! I had their Philly cheesesteak (definitely one of their most popular items from what I could tell), and wow - it totally lived up to the hype. The sandwich was perfectly constructed with tender, juicy sliced steak, melted cheese, and just the right balance of peppers and onions, all tucked into a soft yet sturdy roll that held everything together.

The ordering system is straightforward - similar to Starbucks, they take your name and call you when your order's ready. The staff was super friendly and patient in explaining the menu options, which I really appreciated when trying to decide between their various sandwiches.

Timing tip from our experience: we noticed the line started forming well before noon and got pretty long around lunch hour. Since we came around 11am, we managed to order without much wait, but I watched the line grow quickly after that. Could definitely tell this is one of the market's most popular spots!

While the prices might be a bit higher than your average sandwich shop (my cheesesteak was around $15), the portion size and quality totally justify the cost. It's definitely enough for a filling lunch. They also serve their sandwiches wrapped in paper, making them easy to eat even at the market's communal tables.

This burger and fries was the best I had in a very long time! It was seasoned, cheese melted perfectly not many toppings but the burger was delicious! The garlic fries are a must order!!! We also ordered 2 glass jarritos sodas, which was great to have a different selection from regular "coke menu." My boyfriend got the philly cheesesteak which was also good and very melted. The fries we shared because there is enough for two people. They also had old bay fries to choose from that I want to try when I go back. This place is inside krog street and I was more than satisfied! So good definitely would go back for sure.

Fred’s has a steady line of regular customers who know where the best cheeseteak you can get in town is.  I was introduced to Fred’s by a buddy of mine who is from New Jersey and said Fred’s is the closest to Philly Cheese Steaks from up north as he can get in ATL.  Their tradition cheesesteak is phenomenal but I like mushrooms so I get add mushrooms and it makes it even better but that’s up to you!  I’ve been twice now in 2 weeks.  Let’s put it that way!

When we visited Fred's Meat & Bread in the food court #16, there was a small line, but it moved quickly. Despite being told that it would take 20 minutes, they called my name in just 10 minutes. We decided to try their cheesesteaks, and while they were good, they didn't quite match up to the ones I grew up with in Philly. On the other hand, the french fries at Fred's were absolutely fantastic. It's important to keep in mind that this is a food court, so the overall experience will be different from a standalone restaurant.
