We did a testing menu and it was almost perfect. The sturgeon was the highlight along with that malted cake at the end! Worth the experience! The staff are awesome and fun. My only gripe was the last savory course, striploin. It wasn't tender at all. My guess, its grass fed, hit or miss. The sausage with it saved that meal.

Nice ambience, great cocktails, friendly staff. Food leaves something to be desired.

We went there for our anniversary. We were greeted with champagne, a nice touch. We ordered 6 different food items. They were tasty. But I didn't have a flavor explosion that I had in some other Michelin star restaurants.

A great restaurant that doesn’t shy away from bold flavors and ideas. We did the tasting menu for an anniversary celebration and were blown away by how fun and enjoyable the food was. The food is modern and creative with Danish influence. That being said things trended a little saltier and cured. If that isn’t your specialty the tasting menu might not be the best option. Each dish landed but the lamb tartare was especially delicious. The service was top notch. We opted to do cocktails which didn’t disappoint but reading the non-alcoholic pairings I was a little disappointed I missed out on the unexpected juice creations.

Anna, the pastry queen—she’s something else. Like, her desserts don’t just taste good; they feel like a moment, like sinking into your favorite hoodie on a cold night. We tried a lot, but two things left me lingering: the celeriac risotto and that sunflower seed parfait. The risotto was smooth, earthy, and comforting, like it knew exactly what you needed. And the parfait? Wow. Sweet, a little dark, with that hint of honey and licorice that just stays with you.

Lovely setting (Danish farmhouse chic?) with an indoor-outdoor vibe. Glad we chose to sit inside since it took over 2 hours to slog through the 9 items on the tasting menu.

The first 3 apps were dropped off fairly quickly but then the pace slowed dramatically. The next 4 items took over an hour and we resorted to filling up on bread (supplemental). By the time we got to the red meat dish, we were too full to finish. The dishes were hit or miss with several that were overly salty. The Champagne was never cold enough. We scarfed up the desserts though and they were hands-down the best part of the meal.

A la carte seems to be a better option and probably better value for money as we paid $500+ with tip for 2 people.
