You cannot go wrong eating here.  I've been dining here for a year and every meal has been amazing.  Chef thinks deeply about the dishes but also about the entire experience of the diners.  Food is elevated, not pretentious, and very flavourful.  The staff is amazingly attentive, friendly and flexible.  They also serve brunch!

The dosa and butternut squash appetizers were incredible, so many great flavors! The fish and chips were crispy and delicious as well. We also had some really good cocktails. I'll definitely be back.

Came here for restaurant week, def try the fermented dosa that was a menu highlight but DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER THE SMOKED CHICKEN! It was beyond bland and the sauces were gloopy and unseasoned. Almost sent it back but did not want another to try and since it was restaurant week they couldn’t remove it from the bill.

Service & ambiance were pleasant though.

Great restaurant, everything we had was delicious. Service was efficient and kind. Prices are reasonable.
We did restaurant week menue.
Butternut squash was the best appetizer, then the Roti ravioli, and then the Fluke Crudo.
For mains, the mushroom uttapam was unique and full of flavors.
Dessert - the semolina pudding was different, unique, and delicous. The chocolate ganache was good, and the cardemon was a great touch.
All mocktails include non alcoholic drinks, so make sure to check ingredients for health concerns.
It was very clean and fun, a bit loud, but did not disturb us to have a good time.

Heard about lore from a local friend of mine. We came to check it out for a friends birthday and we are glad we did. From the amazing food that told such a story from the chefs perspective to the detailed and attentive staff who made our experience so memorable! I can say that lore is a place above the rest! 5 stars all around

Från det ögonblick du kliver in finns det en varm, Välkomnande atmosfär – en blandning av modern Brooklyn-stil med subtila hemtrevliga inslag som omedelbart påminner dig om Keralas gästfrihet. 

Maten här är helt enkelt enastående — välbekanta indiska smaker omgjorda med en kreativ twist. Varje rätt har en distinkt karaktär, som balanserar äkthet med innovation. Det märks att mycket eftertanke och passion går in i menyn. Drinkarna är lika imponerande – vackert utformade, unika och kompletterar maten perfekt.
