This is always an amazing experience! Don't come broke, but come hungry with high expectations. You went be disappointed!

We could only secure lounge seating, but it's the same menu and service. The wine pairing had some hits and misses for us, but definitely an adventure and fun!

The menu is very seasonal, but I've been several times now and never disappointed.

Came here for their under 30 lunch and it was great! The service was amazing our waitergave us great recommendations on wines and check on us very frequently. The food was great but some dishes are a little too salty and the dessert was extremely sweet. My favorite dish was the chicken one - I don't think I've had chicken this tender and good ever!

Per Se was an incredible dining experience from start to finish. The signature Oysters and Pearls truly sets the tone – an exquisite dish and perfect introduction to the meal. We opted for the lounge tasting menu.

The duck foie gras was outstanding – rich, flavorful, and beautifully presented. By the time dessert arrived, we were blown away. The variety and creativity in the dessert course were remarkable, but the ice cream was the standout for me. Make sure to save room – the dessert selection is truly a feast on its own.

Having dined at The French Laundry before, we were thrilled to find that Per Se brought forward many of the elements we loved from that experience in Napa. Thomas Keller’s attention to detail, exceptional flavors, and hospitality shine through at Per Se, making it a must-visit for anyone seeking a world-class service and dining experience in New York.

The experience here can be described in one word - phenomenal. The staff explained all the dishes well and the waiter was absolutely wonderful. They also accommodated my allergy for one of the dishes as well. You will leave with a full stomach for sure. Their dessert course is absolutely amazing.

It’s truly impressive how they manage such a varied and dynamic offering with finescale precision. As delightful as the food was, the highlight of my visit was the extraordinary service. Isiah, in particular, was remarkable. His charisma and genuine passion for his role greatly enhanced the entire experience. His attention to detail and enthusiasm were infectious, and he went above and beyond to accommodate my special requests. I also noticed the extra care they provided despite me being a solo diner! And as an added bonus, they offer a vegetarian prix fix menu that rotates seasonally, which I will absolutely be back for.

I can’t recommend this restaurant more to any culinary enthusiasts, as there are clear and justifiable reasons behind this restaurant’s fame.
