I love love love a good rich broth with noodles on a cold day and tangy noodle served!!!! I got the the noodles in beef broth, actually so fresh and delicious! the lamb skewers are small meat chunks but they are tender and flavorful. The dumplings are slightly doughy but the meat filling is very moist and delicious. The cucumber salad is also very well marinated and has such great flavor.  I do think the service could be faster, it’s a very busy location and they could work on managing the orders a little more better just because the staff forgot to bring out our order so we ended up having to wait even longer since everything is made fresh. Otherwise I’d definitely come back here!

I got the beef noodle soup with a braised egg and it was delicious! I also tried their dumplings, everything was so warm and delicious. Their service was incredible and the environment of the store was very cozy and warm considering the cold windy atmosphere outside. The broth was amazing and I would definitely recommend this place.

Had a wonderful experience at Tangy Noodle! For a place that opened up not long ago they’ve got a great operation going on. The food is all so fresh and flavorful from a simple cucumber salad to the main noodle soup. The braised beef noodle definitely takes the crown, but the sliced beef noodle is a close second. All the noodles are made in house as well! Definitely take a crack at the lamb skewers too which were seasoned perfectly. The mint lychee drink was delicious too! Will be coming back for more, especially in these cold months!

Tried the halal beef noodle soup, dumplings, cucumber salad, lamb skewers, and the braised beef add on (not pictured). Everything was delicious!!! Will recommend to friends and family.

It’s a nice small daily casual restaurant with authentic Xinjiang food. They tone down the spicy level for American diner and the noodles are a bit bland for my taste. But the staff is very courteous and the lamb skews and cucumber salad are delicious.
