Excellent.
My wife and I love to travel and try new places to eat. She had the Lobster and Crab Cake with Lemon Basil Aioli. I had the Filet Mignon. Both were excellent.  The Filet was one of the best I've ever had. The service is exceptional. I highly recommend making plans to have a nice dinner here.

I typically only give reviews when things are excellent... Well, this time, the entire experience exceeded excellent! From the ease of making a reservation to the greeting and atmosphere upon entering Capital Grille to the exit with a sincere thank you from the hosts on our way out the door.
This dining experience was fantastic!
Colton was our server and he had the amazing ability to deliver a fine dining level of service along with a friendly and comfortable delivery that our 6-year old granddaughter felt seen, heard and valued as a guest.
The food, well, it was incredible!
Crab cake, Bone-in filet, lobster mac and cheese, lamb chops, and the flourless chocolate cake. Superb!
Fairly expensive and worth every penny!

This place was recommended for our anniversary dinner and it did not miss. The young lady that took our reservation was great and she took time to decorate our table for dinner.

Our server Ray from NJ was awesome and made sure we were taken care of during our dinner.

An excellent place for a dinner. I had a filet with the bone and the meat was really tasty and well cooked. The staff is very friendly and professional.

We dined here on the last night of our NYC trip and I feel like we saved the best for last.

The Capital Grille is the definition of fine dining steakhouse. From the decor to the food to the service, everything epitomizes the steakhouse experience.

Our host checked our coats and led us to our table, which was decorated with some confetti to commemorate our daughter's birthday...they even hand wrote a note with birthday wishes for her.

We started off with some cocktails, I had their signature Stoli Doli pineapple martini, the wie had a cosmopolitan, and the daughter ordered a Midori sour. The martini and cosmo were poured tableside, a nice touch. The cocktails were cold, tasty, and potent...exactly as we preferred.

Appetizers consisted of the lobster and crab cake as well as their Caesar salad. The Caesar was executed perfectly but the standout was the lobster and crab cake...very little filler, just full of delicious seafood.

For our main courses we had the 14oz aged strip steak au poivre, the 10oz filet finished with beef tallow butter, and the 10oz filet Oscar style. Sides consisted of the soy glaze brussel sprouts with applewood smoked bacon lardons and their potatoes au gratin. All of the steaks were prepared exactly as we ordered (medium rare) and were tender and delicious. Notably, the steak oscar was topped with a huge pile of crab (perhaps as large as the steak itself). This was a decadent, perfectly prepared meal.

Dessert consisted of thier crème brûleé, their signature coconut crème pie, and thier cheesecake, with an added bonus of their VIP chocolate cake as a birthday surprise for our daughter. All of their desserts were decadent and delicious  ut the standout may have been their cheesecake which was both rich and light due to their use of Ricotta cheese in addition to regular cream cheese. The VIP chocolate cake was also a favorite...so much so that we took the leftovers for breakfast 😁.

I would be remiss if I didn't mention our server Ray who made the whole experience a very enjoyable and comfortable one. His knowledge of the food and it's preparation were impeccable, but his demeanor, attitude, and personalty are his true assets.

I highly recommend The Capital Grille for anyone seeking a true steakhouse experience and values the quality of the food and the hospitality of the staff over other factors.

Min co - arbetstagare och jag arbetar på ett närliggande hotell och alla restauranger i området ger oss desserter och be oss att komma förbi och njuta av en måltid och de tar hand om oss och comp måltiden (concierge program) . Vi har gjort detta i åratal på restaurangerna i närheten. I eftermiddags ringde vi in och talade med Amy som hjälpte oss med en bokning och bekräftade att de skulle ta hand om och tackade oss för att alltid skicka våra gäster över. Vi anlände och var sited. Vi beställde båda en app och en förrätt med en dryck. Notan köptes till oss och det fanns NO rabatt alls än mindre var notan comp'd. Försäljningschefen vid namn Derik kom då över till oss och berättade att "conciergeprogrammet" inte fungerar på detta sätt längre och inte har gjort det det senaste året. Vi förklarade för honom att någon bara kom över med desserter och bjöd oss och vi ringde också och pratade med Amy som sa att hon skulle ta hand om oss. Derik sa att han var närvarande när Amy pratade med oss, och han ber om ursäkt för missförståndet. Räkningen köptes över till oss och var 329 dollar, vi betalade räkningen graciöst och gav oss av. Hela denna IT situation har aldrig hänt förut, och jag tror ärligt talat att det kunde ha hanterats annorlunda. Vi är alla Service arbetare, och jag är verkligen förvånad över bristen på gästfrihet. 

Vi återvände sedan till jobbet och Derik ringde vårt hotell och bad om concierge e-post och min kollega bekräftade våra namn eftersom hon är hotelloperatören som svarade på hans samtal. Hon bekräftade att vi precis var där. Han ringde som om vi ljög om vilka vi var och var vi jobbade. Vi var inbjudna; vi gick inte bara in och hittade på det här. Huvudgrillen hade precis köpt desserter och bjudit in oss förra veckan och det förklarade vi för Derik. Han sa att han skulle behöva undersöka det eftersom han "bara skickar desserter till bostadshus" som inte finns i detta område. Jag fick veta att Amy var borta för dagen, av en slump. Inte en stor upplevelse speciellt för mig, jag äter där ofta och betalar fullt pris varje gång. Mycket besviken och chockad över hur vi behandlades

Vi kommer definitivt inte att skicka någon av våra gäster över dit från och med nu. Vår servitris Lisandra var stor men Derik och Amy tappade bollen.

Okej service. De var inte till hjälp när min biff var överkokt. Den kom tillbaka underkokt andra gången. Totalt maten var en 1 stjärna och servicen var 2 stjärnor

Kund sedan 1999 , ätit på många Cap Grille platser i hela USA... Alltid en stor måltid & upplevelse. 
Vår server (Maria) var ganska uppmärksam! Min enda fråga var sidorna : Sparris & Sams potatismos. Jag har inget emot att betala $ 14 - $ 15 för en sida men en matsked potatismos & 10 grillad sparris för 3 personer är inte acceptabelt! Sidorna serverades alltid "familjestil"... vänligen se över dina normer!

Vi åt lunch på denna mid town plats nära Rock Center. När vi är hemma i Houston äter vi middag ibland på Galleria plats. 

Lunchen var god, särskilt New England mussel chowder på en riktigt kall dag! En av oss åt CG-burgaren och den andra, biffmördarreglagen. Båda var välsmakande och tillagad enligt vår begäran. Efterrätten var en intressant tolkning på kokosgrädde paj - mer av en tårta. Men återigen, mycket bra. 

Servicen var dock lite bristfällig. Efter avslutad måltid, och våra tallrikar var rensade, var vår servitris ingenstans att hitta. Lunchpubliken höll på att slingra sig ner så detta var olyckligt på en restaurang av denna kvalitet, särskilt eftersom vi ville ha dessert. 

Men totalt sett värt pengarna. Men man kan behöva flagga ner en server för att slutföra måltiden!

En stor besvikelse. Vi är Capital Grille fans och besöker i många städer. Detta är den värsta vi någonsin upplevt. Biffar kom ut över kokta, och även när de gjorde en om, smakade biffarna inte speciellt. Inget bättre än det jag får på costcos och lagar mat hemma. Också, service långsam och ouppmärksam. Kanske klarade de inte jul- och nyårsveckans rusning... . men kanske inte åker tillbaka till Calital Grille på ett tag. För dyrt att experimentera med.

Servicen var hemsk i baren, varmrätten som var en kyckling med risotto var så dålig, det var ren gröt. Vi lämnade och betalade utan att äta

Kom precis tillbaka från en blandad upplevelse. Först och främst maten var exceptionell. Personalen i restaurangen var bra också som var receptionisten som återigen hjälpte till att lösa ett problem i baren. 
Baren hade dock nästan oss gå ut efter att ha bett en servitör och två servitriser för drinkar vi hamnade där i 45 minuter i lovade att vänta på oss med noll lycka. Till slut reste sig min fru och jag och satte oss i receptionen. När hon förklarade vad som hade hänt receptionisten skyndade hon vårt bord och erbjöd två glas champagne för min fru och jag. Det hjälpte! Hur det någonsin kunde komma sig att två personer kan sitta vid ett bord och få veta att vi kommer att vara med dig snart, att ha ingenting i 45 minuter är löjligt. 

Synd eftersom det är en förstklassig restaurang matmässigt.

Även trångt för semestern, det var en stor upplevelse. Servicen var utmärkt (tack Edgar) vi hade inte bråttom, de var uppmärksam men inte overbearing, maten var så utsökt en riktigt bra upplevelse. Jag ser fram emot vårt nästa besök.

Andra gången vi åt middag. Biffen var fantastisk, tillagad perfekt... så var lammkotletterna också. 4 tjocka, saftiga, perfekta dubbla kotletter. Jag tog med 2 hem. Kyparen var bra, men lite påträngande försöker sälja en dyr flaska vin. Tog med dessert och champagne när de fick veta att det var vår bröllopsdag. Bar område är en fröjd med fönster för människor att titta på. Dyrt men så värt det!

Älskar maten. Gjord till perfektion. Mina kotletter tillagades precis som jag beställde. Det var en affärssammankomst. Jag planerar att återvända när jag kan njuta av måltiden utan avbrott.

Vi åt middag på denna vackra restaurang på väg att se Hamilton på Richard Rogers Theatre. Servicen var härlig, maten var utmärkt, och atmosfären var trevlig. Desserterna var anmärkningsvärda, särskilt creme brûlée. De visste att vi var på väg till teatern, så vi serverades snabbt och effektivt utan att känna stress. En härlig plats för middag.
