10s 10s 10s across the board. My lobster roll and salad was yummy. The quality of my meal was worth the price point. My waitress was friendly and it was easy to get a reservation. It’s great for a date night, anniversary or birthday. The only thing I would give push back on is the no photos allowed. When we tried to take photos in the lobby the security told us it’s not allowed.

WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE RH GUESTHOUSE!!

We have probably been over 20 times and are just obsessed. Where do we start: they have the best brunch in the city.

The waygu steak is to die for - steak and eggs incredible. A very crispy very juicy fried chicken sandwich. The best pancakes in the world. The best sweet potato fries.

The best orange juice really fresh squeezed. The nicest staff. Zephyr is our favorite 🤩 Sasha the manager is really incredible I have watched her make sure all the guest are happy and satisfied. She is wonderful. Elenor the hostess is the sweetest we love her.

If you have not been here stop reading this and go you will definitely not be disappointed.

Honestly a really disappointing experience. I went to dinner here with my fiance on New Year’s Eve. We had a reservation for 6:00pm. We sat down and our waitress Carla asked us what we wanted to drink as the hostess sat us down - like simultaneously. It felt rushed but I thought it was nice she was providing good service. I said we just sat down (which she just watched us do) so we didn’t get a chance to see the menu yet. She said ok and just stared at us uncomfortably like she was waiting for us to decide so we just ordered drinks we like without looking at the cocktail menu like people typically like to do. She then asked us what we wanted to eat in the same moment we ordered drinks. We said we literally just sat down and we needed time to look at the menu because we had no idea what they served. She retuned within 5 minutes with our drinks and asked what we wanted to eat. I said we were still looking and needed a few more minutes - keep in mind we were sitting on the outside room area and no one else was out there because it was so early.

She told us we needed to order so we wouldn’t inconvenience the kitchen since it’s a holiday and everyone wanted to go home at a reasonable time. It’s a restaurant with set hours… she was so insanely rude that it made us so uncomfortable to even eat there. We almost got up and left but decided it wasn’t worth the hassle of finding a new place. She was acting like she was rushed to turn over the table when it was 6pm… in NYC… on NYE… like we were holding up the kitchen from closing. Honestly if I was the manager here I’d fire her. So rude and unprofessional and certainly doesn’t deserve to serve at such a high caliber place.

Beautiful space, extraordinary staff, and decent food. Not sure why, with all those positives, we walked away feeling that it was a bit of soulless experience. Also must add that it is ridiculously expensive and for a cocktail lover, it was disappointing to only have wine available (again at absurd prices by the glass). Bottom line: the food is good - we both had chicken in different formats, the sides of sweet potatoes and peppers were delicious and for dessert we had a bananas foster dish and a creme brulee that was also exceptionally good.

I’ve been here numerous times in ONE month because that’s how good it is! The food is amazing and the space is beautiful. The staff are also really lovely. Everything on the menu is really amazing but my stand outs are the burger, lobster with caviar, banana split, crispy artichokes (ask for extra aioli), and the Asian salad!
